RESTAURANT MANAGER

We invite applications from persons with experience in a similar capacity to take charge of our Allermuir Restaurant .  An experienced and committed Restaurant Manager is required to take responsibility for customer service, sales and profitability.  We would expect the successful applicant to work closeley with the Head Chef and General Manager. You will be responsible for all  staff and administration in your department but you must be hands on when required.  Hours of work are 40 per week, five days from seven days,  and meals are provided whilst on duty.  An excellent salary is offered to the successful applicant.

DUTY MANAGER To assist in the overall running of the hotel, on a day to day basis, to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction.  You must be hands on when required and able to accept responsibility in the absence of the General Manager.  Experience in a similar capacity within a hotel environment is essential.  Five days from seven days per week.
