HOUSEKEEPER
We invite applications from persons with experience in a similar capacity to take charge of our housekeeping department which is responsible for a high standard of cleanliness within our hotel.
The ideal candidate will be able to administer the necessary training to the housekeeping team and should be able to motivate staff to promote an overall high standard for our guests in bedrooms and public areas.
You will be responsible for all administration in your department but you must be hands on when required.
Hours of work are 40 per week, five days from seven days, (8 am to 4.30 p.m.) with half hour break for lunch. Lunch is provided.
Excellent salary is offered to suitable applicant.

DUTY MANAGER
To assist in the overall running of the hotel, on a day to day basis, to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction. You must be hands on when required and able to accept responsibility in the absence of the General Manager. Experience in a similar capacity within a hotel environment is essential. Five days from seven days per week. Hours approx. 45 per week worked on a shift basis. Excellent salary dependent on previous experience. HEAD RECEPTIONIST
You will already be a self-motivated, experienced Receptionist with excellent customer care skills and admin abilities. You must have excellent telephone and communications skills and excellent command of English . Other languages would be an asset. Our Front of House Computerised system is Innova and training will be given to successful applicant. BAR/ BISTRO MANAGER
Have you worked in a similar capacity - could you manage our Buckstone Bistro at Braid Hills Hotel. You must be able to administer training in both food and liquor service (including real ales) and be able to motivate your staff to deliver an excellent customer service to our clients. Ideally you will have flair and drive and be able to retain and generate new business for the Bistro.
