RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
We invite applications from persons with experience in a similar capacity to take up a position of Supervisor in our Allermuir Restaurant . An experienced and committed person is required to work and liase with other members of the Restaurant team and Management. Hours of work are 40 per week, five days from seven days, and meals are provided whilst on duty. a competitive rate of pay is offered to the successful applicant.

DUTY MANAGER To assist in the overall running of the hotel, on a day to day basis, to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction. You must be hands on when required and able to accept responsibility in the absence of the General Manager. Experience in a similar capacity within a hotel environment is essential.
