Pernod cured Salmon served with fennel salad

Roasted Sirloin of Borders beef with bourguignon style gravy and braised beef shin croquette
Roasted breast of chicken with champit tatties, haggis croquette and shallot jus
Blue cheese and chestnut tartlet with truffle butter sauce

All main courses are served with crushed root vegetables and roast potatoes

Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel ice cream
Vanilla cheesecake topped with festive berry compote
